Shipping:

We offer fast delivery across Qatar! Orders are delivered within 2 working days of placement. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we kindly request customers to pay in full and accept delivery with the provided invoice.

Returns / Exchange:

We do not offer refunds, but in case of Exchange within 10 days of purchase, you’ll receive a store credit equal to the order amount, after returning the order. which can be used for your next purchase.

REPAIRS/ ALTERATIONS/ POLISHING

Incase of repairs, Shenoy Jewellery LLC provides you with a life time free post sale services that includes; 

1. Jewellery cleaning
2. Polishing
3. Resizing of chain/ ring
4. Changing the metal polish

Any addition to the jewellery in terms of metal, diamonds, colour stones will be charged to the customer as per actual.

Once any purchase is made, our executive will make a sale confirmation call in which any repair/ alterations should be notified. The repair/ service will be carried out accordingly.
