SHIPPING POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE


Shenoy Jewellery LLC offers a 15-day exchange policy on all items which means one has 15 days to request a return. The return could be requested by contacting us on +971 43549333 or contact (care@shenoyjewellery.com)

Once the return is verified, you will be eligible for an immediate exchange with any other item of same price or a store credit of the same amount will be issued in your customer account. The store credit can  be further used for purchasing any other item on the website. The communication regarding the exchange will be carried out as soon as the return is notified.

 

REPAIRS/ ALTERATIONS/ POLISHING

Incase of repairs, Shenoy Jewellery LLC provides you with a life time free post sale services that includes; 

  1. Jewellery cleaning
  2. Polishing
  3. Resizing of chain/ ring
  4. Changing the metal polish

Any addition to the jewellery in terms of metal, diamonds, colour stones will be charged to the customer as per actual.

Once any purchase is made, our executive will make a sale confirmation call in which any repair/ alterations should be notified. The repair/ service will be carried out accordingly.
